How strong is the AfD in Berlin?

Dear Friends of Democracy, 

Today, we'll take a quick look at the partly right-wing extremist party "Alternative for Germany", AfD for short, in Berlin.

The AfD has very different levels of success here in Berlin, where I live. In some constituencies, it was 2 per cent in the last city elections; in other constituencies, it was almost 30.

The Berlin newspaper Tagesspiegel provides an outstanding interactive map showing all Berlin election results since 1990 by constituency, voting district and party in one graphic.
